- Mowi salmon steak : In a parmesan and dill crust, served with meat jus flavored with Génépi and shitakes, and seasonal vegetables.
- Spelt risotto with shitakes and chanterelles : Vegetable cream, vegetable broth and salty granola for a comforting and gourmet dish, 100% vegetarian.

- Anan'archist : Pineapple marinated with citrus and spices, based on a whipped lime cream, accompanied by pineapple chips, lime sorbet and hazelnut crumble.
