En Haute-Savoie, winter is much more than a season: it is a real call for conviviality, authenticity and sharing. These values, which recall the spirit of the family Ingalls, are also found in the soul of our restaurant, where each dish evokes these simple and warm moments around the table. Approaching End of year celebrations, we invite you to rediscover these festive and generous dishes, in a friendly and charming atmosphere, as a tribute to the spirit of the Ingalls family.
For these holidays, we invite you to discover a selection of festive dishes that will delight your taste buds. Among them, the Ballottine of homemade duck foie gras with port : a refined and gourmet starter that embodies the spirit of celebration. Carefully prepared, it's the perfect example of what we like to do at Ingalls: combining tradition and quality in every bite.
Our Bomlo salmon marinated in dill and pink berries takes you on a fresher note, with a touch of lightness brought by dill and a subtle hint of spices thanks to pink berries.
For lovers of seafood, our fine Marennes-Oléron oysters from Claire number 3 are a real treat. They are perfect for a starter, served simply with a little lemon and accompanied by a glass of Apremont white wine. A simple but effective way to start your meal on an iodine note.
Finally, the snacked scallops are another must-have on our holiday menu. These scallops, seared to perfection, are light and tender, perfect for a main course or a refined starter.
As the end of year celebrations approach, we invite you to come and enjoy these festive dishes directly in our restaurant, in an atmosphere where the spirit of family and sharing is at the heart of each meal. At Ingalls, each dish is an invitation to celebrate the generosity of nature and family ties, just like at the Ingalls table.
