Steps to make the recipe:
Prepare the vegetables : Peel potatoes and carrots, then cut them into slices.Saute the onion : Slice the onion and brown it in butter until golden brown.Add vegetables and water : Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot, then add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil.Let it simmer : Cover and cook for 45 minutes on low heat.Add the cream : Once the vegetables are tender, pour 500 ml of cream into the mixture.
