Spring, sun and a new menu — Chez Ingalls renews its plates

The days are getting longer, the terrace is back in color... and the kitchen is following suit. At Ingalls, spring doesn't just come out the window — it comes directly onto your plates.

Appetizers that smell like the season

The tone is set from the first bites: a Gaspacho from Crécy with yellow and orange carrots, served cold with olive oil sorbet, or a Beef heart tomato carpaccio with basil in three ways, burrata and basil sorbet. Fresh, colorful, generous — exactly what you expect when the warm weather arrives.

The dishes: between generosity and precision

The menu offers something to satisfy all the desires of the moment. On the land side, the Roast lamb steak with black olive and rosemary crumble or Iberian pig feather Snacked on the griddle promise plates that hold up. On the sea side, the Savoy trout back In Viennese with parmesan and tarragon, or the Tuna bowl with quinoa trio and sake vinaigrette, bring lightness and freshness.

For vegetarians, the Bowl Veggie Or the Spelt risotto with Provençal style have plenty to convince.

Finish on a sweet note

The desserts don't disappoint. The Ruby : strawberry sorbet, rhubarb compote and verbena siphon is clearly tailored for the season. Chocolate lovers will find happiness with The Eclipse Or the Gwinizh of with buckwheat.
And to finish gently, gourmet coffee or tea with a glass of Génépi remains a classic that is difficult to avoid.
