  • Butter: 150g
  • Eggs: 250g (about 4 medium eggs)
  • Sugar: 135g
  • Flour: 70g

  • Individual molds or cake pan

Steps to make the recipe:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter : In a water bath, gently melt the chocolate and butter together while stirring to obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
  2. Prepare the egg-sugar-flour mixture: In In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture is slightly frothy. Then add the flour, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
  3. Assembling the ingredients: Once the chocolate and butter have melted, pour them into the egg-sugar-flour mixture. Stir well to obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Pour into the molds: Divide the dough into individual molds or in a large pan according to your preference.
  5. Put in the oven : Preheat your oven to 180°C. Bake for about 9 minutes if you want a very tender heart.
