In Walnut Grove, as in many small villages where life happens at the rhythm of the seasons, there are stories being told around the table. And in our restaurant Chez Ingalls, a particular story is woven every day thanks to one man: Bruno, our executive chef.

Since February 2023, Bruno embodies the beating heart of the kitchen of Chez Ingalls. Behind his appearance as a demanding chef, Bruno describes himself as a man stringent, honest, sincere and worker. However, it does not hide a facet deeply human and sensitive, which makes her personality as complex as it is endearing.

A passion for sharing food

Bruno is never happier than when he is in the kitchen with his cooks, transmitting to them his know-how and his love for good products. For him, cooking is a space for sharing and learning where we grow together.

If Bruno had to choose a place at Chez Ingalls, he would definitely opt for The first floor of the small house. This warm space reminds him of the big family tables on Sundays where they were sometimes 20 to 25 guests around a friendly meal.

Among the delights at Chez Ingalls, two dishes hold a special place in Bruno's heart:

  • Sea bream crusted with parmesan, a perfect fusion of crunchiness and finesse
