Among our must-haves, let yourself be tempted by the Moai, a mesmerizing cocktail based on Bumbu XO rum, passion fruit liqueur, falernum, sage syrup, pineapple juice, lime and a touch of angostura bitters. Or opt for the Solstice Mule, a fresh and sparkling creation with Renaissance vodka infused with blood orange infused with blood orange, blood orange purée, Thai basil syrup and ginger beer. Two homemade cocktails, complex and balanced, perfect for enjoying summer with every sip.

We also like to surprise our customers with unexpected ingredients, such as lemon balm syrup or verbena tequila, used to create fresh and surprising cocktails.
