With our team for 18 years now, Tim has gradually built strong relationships with the establishment and its teams, and is now the restaurant manager. He is the guarantor of the conviviality and family spirit that reign in our house, values that he proudly carries on a daily basis.

One of Tim's most memorable memories remains the reopening of the restaurant after Covid. This moment marked not only a renewal for Chez Ingalls with a new cuisine, a new menu, new spaces and a new team, but also a real collective challenge.
