With our team for 18 years now, Tim has gradually built strong relationships with the establishment and its teams, and is now the restaurant manager. He is the guarantor of the conviviality and family spirit that reign in our house, values that he proudly carries on a daily basis.

What makes Tim's heart beat at Chez Ingalls is above all conviviality. He loves these moments of sharing, whether with colleagues or customers, where everyone feels at home. For him, each smile exchanged and each conversation around the table reinforces the family spirit that he cherishes so much.

If Tim had to choose a place at Ingalls, it would definitely be the Black Bar. This space, which he considers to be a place to gather, is the epitome of conviviality par excellence. This is where he really feels at home, surrounded by his team and customers, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Tim's favorite food on our new menu is unsurprisingly snacked scallops. He likes the delicacy of this dish, which reflects the philosophy of Chez Ingalls: refined but accessible dishes, made with seasonal products.

A memorable memory

One of Tim's most memorable memories remains the reopening of the restaurant after Covid. This moment marked not only a renewal for Chez Ingalls with a new cuisine, a new menu, new spaces and a new team, but also a real collective challenge. It was an exciting time, full of changes and opportunities, which strengthened team spirit and enthusiasm for all.
