Your mission
As Chef de Partie, you will be a key part of our kitchen team. You will ensure the preparation and presentation of quality dishes, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare the ingredients needed for each service
- Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes
- Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and coordinated service
- Supervise kitchen assistants by providing clear and precise instructions
Profile wanted
Training: CAP/BEP (an asset but not mandatory)
Experiment:
- 2 years in the kitchen or in a similar role (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and HACCP standards
Qualities:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great communication and team spirit
